How to Apply for UPSSSC Gram Panchayat Adhikari Recruitment 2023
Application procedure-
- Go to Live Advertisement Segment on the homepage of the Commission’s website upsssc.gov.in.
- All the procedures for filling the application form can be completed by the candidate in one go.
- Before applying, Please Read & understand the application process carefully.
Application Process Instructions:
Two options have been made available to the candidate for authentication of the registration number of Preliminary Eligibility Test-PET-2022.
- Through Personal Details – Candidates can login for the application by filling the registration number, date of birth, gender, domicile and category related details of the preliminary qualifying examination-2022.
- Through OTP – You can login via One Time Password.
Application:
- After login, in this part, enter your personal information such as name, father/husband’s name, mother’s name, etc. Date, gender, marital status, mobile number, email etc. details will be automatically displayed.
- In this part, fill the details related to the essential qualification (educational) published in the advertisement. After selecting the Yes/No option regarding holding educational qualification by the candidate, the name of the board/institution/university, year of passing, certificate/roll number, date of issue of qualifying certificate and details related to score etc. have to be entered.
- After filling the above information, click on the “Submit” button after entering the verification code shown in “Enter Verification Code” at the bottom of the registration page. There will be 11 digit registration number along with other details. You must print a copy of it, which will be used for future works.
Photo and Signature – In this part, the photo and signature uploaded by the candidate in the Preliminary Eligibility Test-2022 will automatically be displayed. No amendment or change can be made in it by the candidate. After viewing the photograph and signature, the candidate will go to the next page as soon as he clicks on the “Continue” button.
Other Details – In this part the candidate has to select the Yes No option regarding the preferred qualification (if any). In this part, the permanent and correspondence address entered by the candidate in the preliminary qualifying examination-2022 will also be automatically displayed. After this the candidate will have to agree to a declaration.
Declaration –
The format of the declaration to be made by the candidate will be displayed at the bottom of the web page. Read the contents of the declaration carefully and if agree with the declaration then tick all the points and save & proceed by entering the verification code given.
The details entered by the you in the preliminary qualifying examination-2022 and all the entries/details marked regarding mandatory and preferential qualification at the time of this application can be seen on the preview page. In case of consent, further process will have to be completed by the candidate by clicking on Proceed to Payment of Fee & Final Submission.
Fee Payment and Reconciliation & Application Form Submission –
- Pay the prescribed fee through Credit Card / Debit Card Internet Banking or SBI E-Challan immediately by following the instructions given on the website.
- Payment Acknowledgment Receipt (PAR) will be generated as soon as the fee is successfully paid.
- Print the Payment Acknowledgment Receipt (PAR) by clicking on the print button at the bottom left.
- Click on the Proceed To Download and Print The Application Form button on the right side in order to finally submit your form & take a printout of the same for future reference.
- Click on the link “Update Your Transaction ID by Double Verification” to update your fee submission details.
- Download the e-challan of SBI to pay the exam fee through e-challan & pay the prescribed fee by visiting any branch of SBI.
- After paying the fee, Update Your Transaction ID By Double Verification Mode.
- Take the printout of their application after adjusting your fee in each case by the last date of advertisement or within a week from that.
- The application can be finally submitted only after successful payment and adjustment of fee.
- The fee can also be paid through the registration of Preliminary Qualifying Examination-2022 by visiting the Applicant’s Dashboard given under the Applicant Segment.
Application Fee –
- Only online processing fee will be charged for online application at the level of application.
- Examination fee for Main Examination will have to be paid separately by you before downloading the admit card for the Main Examination.
Correction in Application Form
- You can modify your application form only after depositing the application fee.
- Go to the Applicant’s Dashboard given under the Applicant Segment on the main page of the website and login through the registration of Preliminary Qualifying Examination-2022.
- Click on the Modify Application button displayed in front of the relevant advertisement and enter the verification code. After that an OTP (One Time Password) will be sent to the registered mobile number / email. On submitting this OTP the filled form is displayed.
Only the following details in the application form can be modified by you:
- Spelling mistake in name.
- Spelling mistake in father/husband’s name.
- Correspondence Address.
- Other personal details like- E.W.S. and Category of Horizontal Reservation (D.F.F, Ex. Service Man, P.H., outstanding player etc.).
- Category of Caste (General/Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Other Backward Classes).
- Gender.
- Details of essential/preferential qualification entered in the application.
